Residential Services
We will support young people who are accommodated with us offering a Person Centred Approach to enable them to reach optimum independence and enjoyment of ordinary living.
Our aim is to provide a long term residential service to children and young people with Autism or who have a Learning Difficulty, with behaviours that others might find challenging.
We will offer a warm, supportive environment to foster friendly and caring relationships. We will work to avoid the breakdown of family relationships by delivering practical support, encouraging partnership and participation with parents and other carers.
European Lifestyles philosophy is to provide each young person with a home where they and their wellbeing are the central focus of the service. Children and young people will be treated with respect and dignity. They will be offered choices in order to enable them to control their own lives wherever possible.
The care and support of young people will be given the highest priority whilst taking into account their personal, social and emotional needs. European Lifestyles will assist children and young people in accessing a wide range of activities within their community. Such opportunities to participate socially are part of our approach to social education in order to improve skills. Children and young people's overall safety and wellbeing are paramount.
