Transitions

European Lifestyles is committed to providing responsible and continuous support to young people with severe learning difficulties, complex needs and associated behaviours through a clear transitional pathway into supported living.

European Lifestyles transitional service supports young people in order to make best use of resources and options available to them, encouraging and assisting the young people to make their own lifestyle and financial choices.

European Lifestyles is able to do this by completing a clear transitional plan, which is implemented, developed and reviewed, whilst ensuring the young people and significant others are involved throughout.

Transitional services are provided in Liverpool and the North West as well as in Hampshire.
